The Times Square subway station (1, 2, 3, A, C, E trains) is also nearby. Self-parking is available at iPark across the street (70 W 38th street) for $72 per day with no in and out privileges.

The hotel offers concierge services. Packages are stored for up to 90 days after departure. Luggage can be stored on premises while rooms are being prepared and after checkout until 9 p.m. The hotel welcomes pets under 40 lbs. Guests must be 21 or older to dine at Refinery Rooftop after 6 p.m. (Sundays are all ages at all times).
